Holistic Homes Delivered by Rounded Developments Enterprises
RDE is a not-for-profit organisation based on Cardiff. RDE aims to provide a holistic retrofit service for owner occupiers, registered social landlords and the third sector (based on current best practice guidance from British Standards, called PAS2035). RDE hosts a qualified PAS2035 Retrofit Co-ordinator and is providing a service for people and organisations who wish to follow a risk assessed and quality controlled retrofit process. The focus is on traditionally built homes (solid walls) but we are able to assist with any dwelling. RDE can also provide damp reports and EPC’s where required. Funding and cost on application.

Lightfoot energy audits
Bespoke home energy advice including a home visit, provided by part volunteer and part professional delivery.
The service is available where we have volunteers able to do the home visits, currently Newtown, Llandrindod Wells, Crickhowell and Llangattock, Presteigne, Montgomery, Llanidloes. Please contact us if you would like to become one of our volunteers in your area.
Low cost, depending on what funding Lightfoot is in receipt of, but currently offering home visit and written report for £35 per household (or free for those on low income). Lightfoot is a charity that has been providing home energy advice for 15 years across Powys and Shropshire.
