In 2024, Cartrefi Clyd will provide retrofit services to four regions of Wales as a partnership between Cwm Arian Renewable Energy, Datblygiadau Egni Gwledig (DEG), Lightfoot Enterprises, Ynni Llŷn, Awel Aman Tawe, Swansea Environment Centre and Rounded Developments Enterprises, with support from Community Energy Wales. More community partners will join the Cartrefi Clyd service in September, meaning a wider geographical spread of our services.
CARE and AAT are based in West Wales, DEG and Ynni Llŷn in the North West, Lightfoot in Mid-Wales and RDE in the South East. We have assessors covering most parts of Wales but we suggest you contact us to confirm.
Cartrefi Clyd is committed as a project to working together. In this spirit we are sharing anonymised stories, case studies and information with the Welsh Low Carbon Hub and others who are all trying to follow best practice in retrofit.
