CLYD

Clyd is our introductory retrofit service for those people who are interested in exploring the options open to them in terms of home improvement.

The focus of the service will be to have a ‘walk and talk’ about all things retrofit in your home. We will also provide you with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for your property that is valid for 10 years. This will help guide the energy improvements that might be applicable to your home. The advice given will be broader and less specific, but the Assessor will be able to inform you of the best steps to take. Not all energy efficiency measures are appropriate to all houses.

As a reminder of your discussion with our qualified Retrofit Assessor, you will receive a short bullet pointed summary showing the opportunities and risks associated with your property.
